What Services do you offer?
We can help you from a concept and a building site to a quick consultation on colours. We offer:

The Complete Design Service
We can be with you from the beginning, whether new build or renovation, working with an architect and contractor where appropriate. The complete design might include choosing flooring, wall finishes, paint colours, windows, doors, hardware, sanitary ware, draperies, furnishings and general space planing. Guidance with kitchen and bathroom layouts, lighting, colour schemes and finishes.

The Single Room
If you are ready to go and buy new furniture stop and think. For the cost of a new coffee table you can have a one day consultation for that room and will be assured that the furniture you purchase will be the right size, scale, colour, shape and material.

The Colour Consultation
Sometimes all you want to do is freshen up your home with new paint colours or perhaps you have bought a new home or are in the midst of building one and do not need a complete interior design. Colour choices are essential. Save time and avoid potentially costly mistakes.
We provide a colour consultation which involves an on site meeting. We then produce a colour plan which you give to your painter or we can organize painters if required.

Real Estate Home Staging
If you plan to put your home on the market or have had it on the market for some time with no result home staging can make all the difference; both in the speed of a sale and the price achieved.
We would put your home in the best possible shape to be ready for any real estate market.

Antique and Fine Art Sourcing and Advice
We have over forty years combined experience in the antiques and art trade and are able to advise not only on things that will enhance your interior but may prove to be good long term investments.

Project Management
   We can:

  • manage tradespeople (builders, specialist kitchen and bathroom fitters, gardeners etc).
  • organize, schedule and check deliveries of materials (timber, bathroom fittings, flooring etc)
  • establish and manage your budget.
  • organize and manage the schedule of work—ensuring the relevant people are on site in the right order, thus minimizing stress, down time and improve efficiency.
  • source furniture, appliances, tradespeople, and obtain estimates for work you would like carried out.
  • handle all the extra little jobs, such as hiring a port-a-potty for the workers, ensuring relationships with neighbors are kept on good terms, booking dumpsters and all the little things
  • be on site every day to oversee your workers and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing, when they are supposed to be doing it, and for the price they have told you they will do it for.

How much do you charge?
The initial consultation usually takes one hour, in which time we are able to review the project and assess the job. An estimate will be provided to you at the conclusion of the initial consultation for a relatively simple project , or within 24 hours if something more involved is required. We work either on an hourly fee basis or a project fee basis for larger jobs.
